She launched her career in 2011 at Blue Aerospace, a HEICO military company, and went on to hold pivotal positions across the industry, including Repair Manager of Airframe and Powerplant at GA Telesis, Manager of Repairs and Purchasing at AerSale, and Manager of Repairs at TrueAero. Her expertise is anchored by a Bachelor of Science from FIU, a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics with a Minor in Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle, and Air Traffic Control and A&P Mechanic training from Broward Aviation.

Since joining Aero Accessories in 2021 as Director of Contracts and Customer Service, Saaisha has consistently delivered results that strengthen the business. She has overseen daily production across Customer Service and the Production Line and has negotiated, executed, and implemented numerous maintenance agreements over the years across all three shops: AOG Accessories, Aero Accessories, and Aero Instruments. In this role, her efforts centered on driving growth for Aero Accessories and Aero Instruments, building lasting customer retention and championing automation that streamlines productivity between the two companies.

Kern’s aviation journey began at the College of Aeronautics, now The Vaughn College in NY, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science. In addition to his academic achievements, Kern obtained an A & P certification, showcasing his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry expertise. Later on, Kern earned a well-deserved promotion to Supervisor, marking his entry into managerial positions.

Joining the aviation industry in 2000 with AAR in Long Island, Kern spent four years as a Pneumatic Technician, honing his technical prowess. Notably, Kern worked at Avborne and GA Telesis, where his journey from being a Technician at Avborne to becoming the Top Lead Shop at GA Telesis reflects his dedication and ascent within the industry.

Rogelio brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, with a robust background in accounting and finance, both within and outside of the aviation industry.

Rogelio is a distinguished alumnus of Florida International University (FIU), where he obtained both his Bachelor of Accounting and Master’s of Accounting degrees. Further solidifying his expertise, he is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida, achieving this designation in 2012.

Rogelio began his professional journey at Grant Thornton in 2011, serving as Audit Manager for private and public companies. This role marked his introduction to aerospace companies, where he managed portfolios for notable companies such as Kellstrom and GA Telesis. His exceptional performance and leadership skills led him to an opportunity at AerSale in 2016, where he initially joined as a Financial Senior Manager. Over a seven-year tenure at AerSale, Rogelio’s dedication and strategic acumen earned him promotions to Director of Finance and subsequently to Senior Director of Finance, with responsibilities for finance, accounting and SEC functions, including M&A.
