Aero Accessories proudly announces the promotion of Kern Danclair to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Kern’s impressive 24-year career in aviation coupled with his exceptional skills and dedication, positions him as a key leader in shaping the future of Aero Accessories.
Kern’s aviation journey began at the College of Aeronautics, now The Vaughn College in NY, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science. In addition to his academic achievements, Kern obtained an A & P certification, showcasing his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry expertise. Later on, Kern earned a well-deserved promotion to Supervisor, marking his entry into managerial positions.
Joining the aviation industry in 2000 with AAR in Long Island, Kern spent four years as a Pneumatic Technician, honing his technical prowess. In 2004, Kern made a strategic move to Florida, where he contributed his skills to various repair shops. Notably, Kern worked at Avborne and GA Telesis, where his journey from being a Technician at Avborne to becoming the Top Lead Shop at GA Telesis reflects his dedication and ascent within the industry.
Transitioning to Aero Accessories in 2016, Kern continued to excel, showcasing his leadership as Shop Manager. His responsibilities expanded further as he assumed the role of Director of Operations, and now, with the title of Chief Operating Officer, Kern will spearhead operational strategies, innovation, and contribute to the continued success of Aero Accessories.
